Micha Baker (1962)
Micha BAKER (Sao Paulo 1962) is a Brazilian artist. After about 5 years of lessons in techniques with various artists , he started training in illustrative design . In this he found the sources of inspiration for his current works and soon made use of the modern possibilities to create his works.
Micha mainly paints figurative art, in which women, flowers, horses and often characters belong to his vocabulary. He has been living in the Netherlands for some time and recently released a series of polygraphs.
Polygraphics is a combination of various modern high-quality printing and printing techniques in combination with traditional handicraft. The canvas is manually provided with a special structure layer, after which the artwork / motif is printed on it using a special printing technique.
The combination of relief and printing technique gives the artwork a special exclusive appearance. Only an edition of 75 pieces is made of each work of art, of which no work of art is identical to the other.
