Nico Vrielink is internationally one of the most well-known and best-selling modern painters in the Netherlands. If ever in art history anyone will be associated with a Muse, it will be the artist.
At a young age, Vrielink feels attracted to an artistic career. His parents enrolled him in the Academy of Fine Arts in Arendonk and later in the School of Fine Arts in Eindhoven. With his artist diploma in his pocket, he leaves for the Far East, more specifically to Singapore where he meets Jeane. Jeane is not only the mother of his sons, but also his model.
A theme that is particularly close to his heart is Eastern mysticism: a serene reproduction of silence and the inner. His works show precision and patience.
