While studying at the secondary agricultural school in Gouda, Vincent Dame became interested in the mythologies and developmental stages of nature. He combines various products from nature to create an alienated image. Dame also finds symbolism an important aspect. He often makes references to mythologies. The plastics he produces are all sculpted by hand.
