COLLOSEUM (1968 - 1975)
The band was formed by drummer Jon Hiseman, tenor saxophonist Dick Heckstall-Smith and bass guitarist Tony Reeves. All three had previously played in John Mayall's Bluesbreakers. In addition, Dave Greenslade (organist) and Jim Roche (guitar) were recruited. Roche had only played on one track when he was replaced by James Litherland (guitar and vocals).
