Ingeborg LUNDIN (1921 - 1992)
Glass designer Ingeborg Lundin was known for the simple shapes and techniques she used to shape her products. After her studies in Stockholm, she started working for glass company Orrefors in 1947. The 1950s were very smooth financially, boosting the sale of high-quality products. Lundin profited from this, but she left the company in 1971. Her talent lay mainly in decorative design and a well-known example from her oeuvre is the pure and elegant Apple vase from 1955.
