Parcel post - The 2nd Chance Art by Zaansgroen is shipped at the buyer's risk. Collection from the gallery in Zaandam is preferred. Viewing the work before making a bid is possible. 2nd Chance Art falls under the 'Special Arrangement for Art' and falls under the 0% VAT rate. Transport costs are taxed at 21% VAT.
Own courier / Swift - The following applies to your own courier costs: Distance between Zaandam and your destination calculated via Google Maps with a minimum of €50. For shipping via Swift couriers we charge €55 (NL), €100 (Flanders), €185 (Wallonia) for a package up to 150 x 110 cm. Prices excluding 21% VAT. Delivery with a courier is not possible outside NL and BE.
To take off - You pay in advance. Then you make an appointment. If you come to collect a work of art, you must do so within two weeks. Zaansgroen has limited storage. The maximum collection period is 1 month after the invoice date. The work will be offered for auction again after this month. You are not entitled to a refund of costs already paid.
