Xie Aige zette zichzelf als beeldend kunstenaar opmerkelijk snel op de internationale kaart. Tijdens haar eerste expositie (Shanghai Duolon Museum of Modern Art/ 2005) trok zij met haar originele werk de aandacht van internationale kunstliefhebbers.
Xie Aige staat bekend als één van de meest veelbelovende kunstenaars uit de jonge generatie. Zij heeft haar atelier in Shanghai. Haar bronzen beelden, die zij kleurt in allerlei tinten, lijken soms uit natuursteen gehouden. Met de subtiele accenten waarmee zij haar werken laat spreken, toont Xie Aige zich een grote belofte!
Xie Aige heeft talloze exposities en tentoonstellingen gehad en haar werken bevinden zich in veel private en publieke verzamelingen.
