Alfred Joseph Auguste Van Neste was een Belgisch kunstschilder, graveur, landschapschilder, stadzichten, stillevens, illustrator en ontwerper van affiches en boekbanden. Hij was een neef en leerling van Florimond Van Acker. Hij volgde een opleiding aan de kunstacadamies van Brugge en Antwerpen en werd daar later docent.
Geboren te Brugge in 1874 en overleden in 1969.
