Andreas Nossmann (1952) is een begenadigde Duitse tekenaar, woont en werkt in Brühl. Op talloze tentoonstellingen is zijn werk te zien geweest.
Hij werkt niet alleen met het potlood maar ook met houtskool en pastel. Vooral is hij bekend door zijn de portretten niet alleen van bekende Duitsers maar ook van internationale historische en huidige beroemdheden.
Hij maakte ook tekeningen van het naakte menselijk lichaam, vooral vrouwelijke genaamd Sexus.
Voor Andreas Nossmann blijft het de grootste grafische uitdaging, als je niet te snel in de kitscherige of te pornografische wilt vallen. Sterker nog, hij probeert iets nieuws, in de hoop een oplossing te vinden die goed voor hem is.
