De kunstenaars die doormiddel van deze tentoonstelling en deze catalogus aan het publiek worden voorgesteld zijn representatief voor geavanceerde artistieke opvattingen en resultaten op het gebied van de Zweedse glaskunst en keramiek na 1960. Geen van deze kunstenaars zijn onafhankelijk van het verleden, de Zweedse traditie waartegen de meesten zich in hun werk krachtig hebben verzet.
