Extra informatieblad over deze 'artistieke duizendpoot', die dit werk "Kreep" vervaardigd heeft in opdracht van de Nederlandse Dagbladunie, binnen een serie van tien prenten. Met een tekst van Maarten de Vries, gedateerd december 1984. Deze extra informatie maakt deze zeefdruk nog meer bijzonder.
