Beautiful, well-known composition by Carel Visser from the Prent 190 series. Woodcut on very fragile Japanese paper, signed in pencil, dated ('66) and numbered (10/190). In very good condition.
As almost always with these large works on Japanese, there are quite a few creases in the page, but these are much less prominent than appears on the photos (taken with grazing light). In reality this is one of the most intact copies I have come across and without foxing (!), which is special because these prints almost always suffer from some degree of foxing.
