Ahazueros Jacobus 'Co' Breman (Zwolle, 7 December 1865 – Laren, 18 November 1938) was a renowned Dutch painter. He is considered to belong to the Laren School and worked mainly in the style of pointillism and luminism.
His work was notable for its bright colours and sunny effects, with much attention to composition. He painted mainly landscapes, farms, colourful interiors and figures. Together with Ferdinand Hart Nibbrig he was one of the first painters in the Netherlands to work in the pointillist technique.
Breman regularly exhibited his works at exhibitions. He also exhibited abroad, including Madrid, Berlin, London, San Francisco and Glasgow.
His work can be seen in the Frans Hals Museum in Haarlem, the Dordrechts Museum, the Singer Museum in Laren, and he is also represented in foreign museums.
