Eduard Flor trained at the National Academy of Visual Arts in Amsterdam. From 1975 to 1985, Flor taught at the Royal Academy in Den Bosch, the Free Academy in The Hague and the Christian Academy in Kampen. Eduard Flor currently lives and works mainly in France. Flor operates more on the intellectual edge of post-Cobra expressionism. His landscape themes condense abstract and simple forms. Eduard Flor's subjects are very diverse: landscapes, seas, portraits, photos but also religious works. But also themes inspired from fragments of travels and experiences. He paints in watercolor and oil paint and makes etchings. Exhibitions and prizes: Paris Biennale 1959 Flor's work can be found in international museums, among others. Several museums in the Netherlands: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Arnhem Utrecht.
