De vuurtoren van Willemstad is gebouwd in 1947 en gedoofd in 1989. Het is de enige vuurtoren in de provincie Noord-Brabant. Het is geen officieel monument, door de gemeente Willemstad wel als zodanig gekoesterd, maar nog steeds niet aangesloten op het elektriciteitsnet. De schepen in het Hollandsch Diep, voor het geval radar en navigatiesystemen het zouden begeven, vertrouwen op de drijvende betonning, voorzien van rode en groene lichtbakens.
Eigenlijke beeld is 47 x 61 cm. Het werk wordt verzekerd verzonden. Afhalen in de galerie in Zaandam verdient de voorkeur. U kan het werk ook vooraf bezichtigen alvorens een bod uit te doen.
