Precies, direct herkenbaar werk van de in 2019 overleden Duitse kunstenaar Friedrich Meckseper. Hij was zijn hele leven geïnteresseerd in technologie en hij werd o.a. beïnvloed door Leonardo da Vinci. Het uurwerk is een veelvuldig terugkerend element in zijn kunst.
Aquatint ets op Rives papier, met potlood gesigneerd, gedateerd (‘77) en genummerd (26/100). In zeer goede conditie; slechts paar minieme kreukjes in de witte marge bovenaan.
Afmetingen: 75cm x 57cm (blad), 50cm x 40cm (etsbeeld)
