When purchased, the work can be picked up in 's-Gravenzande (near The Hague (Scheveningen), Rotterdam and Delft and 5 minutes from the beach). The collection period, if paid in advance, is very long, in other words the buyer can collect the work weeks or even months later and, if possible, combine it with a visit to one of the above-mentioned cities or the beach. We can also ship the work with Postnl. Our shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday.

For Gerard 't Hart, paper has become a means of painting. His 'torn art' must be regarded from the same perspective as visual art. He frees paper from traditional use. Torn into strips, scraps and shreds, paper lies, as it were, on his palette, in many variations of extremely carefully chosen colors.
Inspiration
Gerard 't Hart builds his compositions from different layers of paper, with tear edges that suggest the illusion of depth. In fact, these works have a rarefied three-dimensionality; when you see them, you have the urge to touch them, as you do with some plastic works of art.
