Hans Klaui (born 1945) is a Dutch artist. He studied at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague from 1965 to 1969. Although Klaui trained as a draftsman, he became best known for his abstract geometric screen prints. In his work, geometric shapes (particularly cubes), often with curved contours, float around in infinite spaces. They seem to be propelled by invisible forces. In addition to his artistic practice, Hans Klaui taught at the Leiden Academy of Painting and the Hague School of Graphic Techniques from 1970 to 1985.
