Hermanus Antonius Josephus Maria Moerkerk was born in Den Bosch on March 2, 1879 and died in Haarlem on August 23, 1949. In 1928 he moved to Haarlem to work as a publisher/illustrator at the Catholic Illustration. Herman was a student of Jan Bogaerts, Dorus van Kempen and Piet Slager. He himself was the teacher of: Marinus Bies, Georges Gussenhoven, Jacques Pijnenborg and Geert van Wanrooy.
The artwork will be well packaged (including frame and glass protection) and sent by registered mail.
