Kindje in liggende houding. De randtekst op de voorzijde vormt samen met de randtekst op de keerzijde de spreuk van W. Bilderdijk: IN 'T VERLEDEN LIGT HET HEDEN - IN HET NU WAT WORDEN ZAL.
Keerzijde:
Binnen de tekst eenn kinderspeeltuigje. Boven en/of op het rekstokje is ruimte voor het graveren van naam en eventueel geboortedatum. Het PK-vignet is aangebracht op een balletje.
