Robert Quijada (1935, - )
Robert Quijada studied at Otis Art Institute and Chouinard Art Institute in America. He has a love for different cultures and brings them together like in his works. Each piece is painted with a precision that borders on the obsessive, and the artist normally spends at least thirty-five hours to work before he considers it complete. He makes use of photographs and slides of his travels, reference materials, real objects and his own vivid imagination to compose every work.
