Simon Willem Maris (Den Haag, 12 mei 1873 ? Amsterdam, 22 januari 1935) was een Nederlands kunstschilder.Maris was zoon en leerling van de schilder Willem Maris. . Hij schilderde, tekende en etste figuren (met name vrouwen) en portretten .
Werk van hem is aanwezig in het Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, het gemeentemuseum in Arnhem, het Drents Museum in Assen en het Universiteitsmuseum in Groningen. Hij was vanaf 1900 bevriend met Piet Mondriaan.bron ; rkd , wikipedia , scheen , jacobs
