This item is auctioned on behalf of the consignor. For items offered via the KVcollecties account (via the Business Art Service de-collection service), the following conditions apply:

Passe-partout/frames: Damage to frames is not described. If a work is framed behind glass and the glass is broken, this will be mentioned. Passe-partouts are not guaranteed in any way and are not always included.

Edition: The edition number on the photo may differ from the edition number mentioned above. If we have multiple copies in the same condition, we do not make a new photo for each sheet.

Processing: If you are the highest bidder, you will receive an invoice from us by email for the purchased works after the auction. This will contain the details regarding payment and processing.

Viewing: The purchase is covered by the purchase guarantee of Kunstveiling. If you would like to view a work before placing a bid, this is possible by appointment at the Business Art Service branch in Utrecht. Please contact us for this.

Resale right: For works with a total price (including auction costs but excluding VAT) above 3000 euros, the statutory Resale right of up to 4% applies. The resale right must be paid by the buyer. Business Art Service will take care of the financial settlement of the Resale right compensation according to the established provisions.

For international buyers: This item is offered by Business Art Service. If you win the item, you will receive a Dutch purchase invoice.
