Over deze kunstschilder is weinig bekend, de naam zou kunnen zijn J. of G. Stoker, Staker, Steker of Stekel.
Het mooie doek kent vier gezichten met vier verschillende uitdrukkingen. Het is een kopie van een schilderij van Peter Paul Rubens welk stuk hangt in het Royal Museum of Fina Arts in Brussel België.

Het is enorm mooi geschilderd en als ik de foto's op de website vergelijk met het schilderstuk zou ik bijna durven zweren dat dit het originele doek is van de foto's op de website..
De kunstenaar is waarschijnlijk geboren rond 1915.
Verder is het doek in uitstekende staat en omgeven met een zwaar massief houten lijst van 8 cm.
