Wim van Oostrom (Huissen, recently deceased, was born November 20, 1933) and is a Dutch painter and sculptor. In 1965, Van Oostrom founded Group 130 together with the Enschede artists Jan Bolink, Jan Dibbets and Wim Kamphuis.
