Albert Steel was the son of Leo Steel, who was also a great Belgian artist. This beautiful work is hand-signed and dated at the bottom right. The paint texture is very good and the color palette truly magnificent. The date on the painting is '79. The work is in excellent condition without defects. This painting also comes with a solid, carved wooden frame that is gilded.
