Anneke Kuyper (1942) received her training at the St. Joost Academy in Breda and was a pupil of Jan Sleper (1919-2000). She studied printmaking at the Higher Institute of Fine Arts in Antwerp. Subsequently, she was taught by Kuno Brinks at the Rijksacademie in Amsterdam. She paints, but she understands etching like no other. In addition to independent work, she also produces ex libris and occasional printmaking. (From Prints by Anneke Kuyper, published by Thoth)
