Original work by Anton Heyboer, executed in oil paint on heavy Hahnemühle paper. (See photo of watermark)
The large format of 78 × 108 cm reinforces the physical, expressive brushstroke that is characteristic of Heyboer's later period.
The red lines, spontaneous gestures, and minimalist figures are typical of his work from the 1980s. The paper displays the original mold-made watermark, befitting the high-quality material Heyboer used during this period. The signature and date are clearly visible. This work is a powerful example of Heyboer's free painting style: direct, intuitive, and uninhibited. The combination of size, material, and technique makes this an attractive collector's item within his oeuvre.
A large, expressive work that perfectly showcases Heyboer's characteristic energy — a strong piece for both collectors and enthusiasts of his free painting style.
Origin: recognized auction house in the Netherlands. If desired, the anonymized invoice can be sent to the buyer after purchase.
The artwork can be shipped in a tube for limited shipping costs, but at the buyer's risk.
