This is an original solid bronze sculpture by the Dutch artist Astrid Veldhuyzen-Koppen, titled "Een moment van bezinning" (also known as "Moment van bezinning" or "In gedachten"). The work depicts an expressive, finely detailed, and textured nude figure of a woman sitting on the ground with drawn-up knees, lost in thought. The figurine is crafted from patinated bronze and has a height of 12 cm (total dimensions approximately 12 x 7 x 11 cm). This type of small-scale bronze sculpture is characteristic of Astrid Veldhuyzen-Koppen's oeuvre, in which human emotions and静止 moments take center stage. Weight 2244 grams.
