Bijzonder fraai naakt van Charles Kvapil (Bruxelles 1884-Paris 1957) olieverf op paneel in zeer goede conditie, zonder lijst.
'le peintre parle peu, mail qu'il peigne beaucoup' was een van zijn gezegden.
Werken van Kvapi worden gevonden in diverse publieke ( Museé Art Moderne Paris / Amsterdam) alsook vele particuliere collecties in Belgie en Frankrijk. Kvapil woonde en werkte in Parijs, in de Montparnasse.
