A characteristic and intimate nude study by the co-founder of the CoBrA movement, Guillaume Cornelis van Beverloo (Corneille). This original work on paper depicts a seated woman in an elegant, voluptuous pose, drawn with the artist's characteristic flowing and precise contour lines in charcoal. The body is subtly colored with soft pastel and chalk tones in pink and lilac, with fine ochre yellow accents in the hair. The work is in good visual condition and is professionally framed with an acid-free mat.
