Beautiful lithograph by Corneille from the year 1998. Title of the work is 'L Image du Paradis' and has an edition of only 40 pieces and is made on BFK Rives paper. Why so little: the bold letters under the work, Kass / Meridian from Chicago, had an exhibition with Corneille and his works in 1998. The thought was: if you buy an original painting, you will receive this lithograph for free. If you buy a lithograph, you will receive an unsigned copy and on different paper. Of course it is signed and numbered by Corneille and has never been framed. If the texts on this lithograph are disturbing, you can have them placed under the passé-partout. All in all, quite a nice lithograph with a story.
