A beautiful, characteristic scene by Corneille from 1986. You might be thinking: this scene looks familiar, and that is correct, because this is the original study for, among other things, a published lithograph in the edition of the same name from that year (see the last photo).
Black chalk on paper, hand-signed and dated. Very beautifully and professionally framed behind glass and with an immaculate, luxurious passe-partout. Everything in excellent condition.
Dimensions: 72cm x 62cm (incl. frame), 38cm x 28cm (inside passe-partout)
From the collection of gallery owner and Corneille collector Elisabeth den Bieman de Haas (see photos 8 and 9). This work was therefore also exhibited at Museum Jan van der Togt (Amstelveen) 10 years ago:

After purchase, an artwork can always be collected, but by appointment, in Diemen (near Amsterdam, a few minutes from the A10 ring road). The collection period is very generous; you can optionally collect the work weeks or even months later and, if possible, combine it with a visit to (the area around) Amsterdam for other matters. In that case, you will, of course, save on shipping costs. The only exception to the above is that if the seller at any time decides to ship the work free of charge, this is binding, i.e., the work cannot be collected in that case. This will only happen in exceptional cases and the buyer will not bear any financial risk.
