Frans van Noorden – Fairy Tale Scene, possibly 'The Golden Bird' Original work in ink and watercolor on paper, depicting three richly dressed young men on an autumnal forest path near a castle. Possibly a scene from the fairy tale The Golden Bird, for which Van Noorden created illustrations. Refined linework and warm autumn colors give the work an enchanting, narrative atmosphere. Signed lower left.
