For art lovers and collectors! Offered is a beautiful and original artwork by the renowned Dutch painter and printmaker Frederik Dirk van Batenburg (1942). This is a hand-signed piece from a very exclusive and limited edition: this is number 6 of only 15 pieces worldwide! The work depicts one of his characteristic surrealist creatures reflected in the water against a bright blue horizon. Dimensions: • Lithograph size: approx. 22 x 17 cm (the lithograph extends behind the passe-partout and is therefore larger) • Size including frame: 31.5 x 26.5 cm Signature & Edition: • Top left: Numbered in pencil (6-15) by the artist himself. • Top right: Fully signed in pencil (Frederik van Batenburg). Condition & Frame (FREE): The work has recently been fitted with a new, sleek passe-partout and is housed in a neat, modern wooden interchangeable frame. This is included entirely free of charge! Note: The hanging eyelet on the back plate is located on the short side. To hang it horizontally, a new hook needs to be attached to the wide side.
