The quality of the printing is impressive. Thanks to the use of special techniques, the screen print almost resembles oil painting, with thick brushstrokes.
The work has recently been restored and flattened by the former paper restorer at the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam and is in excellent condition. There is some discoloration in the margins, but this is consistent with its age. The image itself is absolutely perfect. The work has been given a new, acid-free mount made of museum board, which gives it a luxurious look.
