Hans Forster (auch hafor) (1917-1994)
Hans Forster entstammt einer Handwerkerfamilie im Kanton Thurgau.
Er verbrachte seine Kindheit im Waisenhaus und erlernte einen Handwerklichen Beruf. Lange lebte und arbeitete er in Zürich und später in Zug.
H. Forsters unverwechselbarer, abstrakter Mal-Stil fasziniert immer wieder aufs Neue. Er spielte ausgezeichnet mit den zwei Gegensätzen hell und dunkel. Ab 1947 setzte er sich intensiv mit der Malerei auseinander.
1955 – 1956 Stipendium der Stadt Zürich – Aufenthalt in Paris.
