Original, hand-signed screen print by Herman Brood depicting a characteristic green car against a powerful blue background. The work is a beautiful example of Brood's recognizable visual language: energetic, colorful, and direct.
Edition: EA (Épreuve d'Artiste / Artist Proof).
Provenance: The work was purchased from Business Art Service in 2001 and is currently from a private collection. It comes with a conservation certificate from BARTH Products, dated January 2000.
Regarding the EA designation: this copy is an EA (Épreuve d'Artiste), or artist's proof. These prints were produced outside the regular numbered edition and are generally scarcer than the standard edition, making them particularly attractive to collectors.
Condition: The work is in very good condition. The colors are bright and vibrant. The frame shows normal, limited signs of wear consistent with its age. Due to its generous size, this work is a real eye-catcher in a living room, office, or art collection.
Due to the size and fragility of the work, pickup is preferred.
