Herman Brood (1946-2001) was a born artist in everything. In his music, poems and especially his paintings and screen prints. Brood worked with dedication, throwing himself again and again with brushes, paint and spray cans into a hallucinatory adventure from which he emerged unchanged as the winner. His work shows enormous passion, which he was able to translate brilliantly into shape and color thanks to his perfect mastery of technique. The great interest in his work was a great incentive for Herman Brood.
