A serene and austere still life by the renowned Dutch artist Jan Boom (1922–2001), painted in 1985. The work depicts a central white jug surrounded by round shapes — likely rolls or fruit — against a soft, diffuse background. The muted color palette and the almost dreamlike atmosphere are typical of his later work from the 1980s.
