Kees van Dongen - Voltaire La princesse de Babylone illustrée by Van Dongen

A unique, premium Moabit painting. Spray paint and markers on canvas, neatly varnished. A deeply vibrant work. (The glossy part in these photos is even with the non-glossy parts. The artist used silver spray paint for the background, and it's nearly impossible to take a photo without a glaze on the surface.) 1 of 1 Comes with insured shipping. The artist used dazzling fluorescent colors, which are even more striking in real life. Perhaps the most astonishing aspect of the artist is how often he goes above and beyond with his designs. Not only does he fit the mold, but most of his pieces represent the future path for satirical art while retaining the key notes of the era. Moabit combines street art and digital art in his latest series. The high popularity associated with physical and digital art makes it a great investment vehicle if you're looking for short-term gains and a long-term investment when it comes to collecting the artist's works. He works with a variety of materials but is best known for painting intricate and multi-layered designs on single US dollar bills that require careful “brushwork.” His work is sought after by a global community of collectors including banknote art collectors, Disney fans, and Bitcoin and cryptocurrency traders. The value of his work has risen rapidly and continues to rise. He has completed over 800 designs, and there are over 2,500 of his pieces in circulation. This artwork is signed, numbered and dated on the back.
