Madeleine Leddy - First green of spring

Madeleine Leddy was born on May 29, 1946 in Amsterdam. She trained at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, in the Free Graphics department. She is part of the Bergen Graphics Group, which originated from the Artists Center Bergen. She makes etchings and works in mixed media. Leddy has participated in various exhibitions at home and abroad including USA, England, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Taiwan. In the Netherlands she has participated in exhibitions in the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, the Biblical Museum in Amsterdam and the Singer Museum in Laren.
