This hundred-year-old work by Marius Janssen depicts Delfshaven in Rotterdam, the only part of Rotterdam that still looks the same after all these years. In the center of the work stands the Pilgrim Fathers' Church. Surrounding it are other buildings and ships with dockworkers. The year 1924 is located at the very bottom right of the work.
