Martine Jacobs - StampArt – Polish Nude

StampArt – Polish Nude (2026) Martine Jacobs A special art print from the StampArt series, based on an original digital artwork created by Martine Jacobs in 1996. In this new 2026 version, the original digital image gains an extra dimension through the personal, hand-applied watercolor colors. The combination of digital imaging, geometric forms, and soft watercolor tones gives the work a distinctive appearance. The image is designed as a Polish postage stamp, in which the human figure and abstract color planes come together. About the artist Martine Jacobs (Amsterdam, 1956) has been working with traditional techniques since the 1980s and developed her own digital image practice starting in 1995. Her early digital and online work is included in her artist's archive. In October 2026, her website was included in the KB Web Collection by the Royal Library in The Hague as part of the Dutch digital heritage.
