Woodcut, four colors. Picture from May 2019 from the 'Picture of the Month' series. In 2019, the theme was 'the City'.
The boss has gone to work
And I sit here alone.
Outside, a bird hops:
(If only I could fly like her.)
That bird would like to be inside.
away from noise and exhaust fumes;
But yeah, there's the cat...
What do you need to discuss with that?
The cactus stands on the sixth floor.
with its sharp spines
senseless to impress;
There is no one bothering her, anyway.
