This song is called "If Only with Sunlight", which is the last line of a poem by Dylan Thomas titled "Lift up your face".
It is about hope, about how human circumstances can be broken, but that the elemental return of the morning sun offers solace, renews what drags, and dispels our nightmares. Very fitting to hang above your bed.
