This screen print is part of a series of screen prints about golf, created by René Boin. The condition of the screen print is good and undamaged, with (slight) yellowing at the edges. The date "26-1-96" has been added in pen in the bottom right corner. See the photos.

René Boin was born in 1953 and is registered as a painter in the RKD under number 10009. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts (ABK) in Arnhem. Boin creates drawings and paintings ranging from small (small drawings in watches) to very large (murals) and has been exhibiting domestically and internationally since 1978. His work is included in various art lending collections. Characteristic features include the recognizable pencil technique with optimal use of the paper texture, the bright colors, and the subjects, in which movement is a recurring theme. Movement (or the suggestion thereof in the near future) is an important theme in his work. Animals, machines, and sports are favorite subjects. There is often an alienating context. He created book illustrations for, among others: Drs. P and Tessa de Loo, and wrote “The Truth About Golf”.
