The first set offered by Fine Art Enschede, Day & Night, symbolizes summer and winter. At the same time, the contrast between the two paintings is like yin and yang. Both paintings are by Rick Theunissen (born in 1928). Rick Theunissen is a versatile Belgian painter known for his warm-toned landscapes, seascapes, and still lifes. He studied at the art academy in Antwerp, and his classical works are often created with a palette knife.
