BERGDALA GLASS BRAKE (Bergdala 1889)
Bergdala Glasbruk is a glass factory in the Småland glass region of Glasriket, founded by Alfred Sjö. The factory manufactures functional glass and art glass using traditional glassblowing techniques. A distinctive feature is the Blå Kant series, in which clear glass is combined with an applied blue rim. This version is used on drinking glasses, bowls, and jugs, among other items. Additionally, Bergdala is known for glass troll figures and names formed from glass. The assortment also includes vases and other decorative glass objects.
