Artist
* Born in 1924 in Zeeland (Netherlands). *Graduated in 1947 at The Royal Academy of Art, The Hague. *After study trips in France, Switzerland, Italy and Germany, he started his artistic career in France. *Worked from 1955 to 1973 as a teacher at the Amsterdam School of the Arts. Among other things, he was much involved in wood engravings. *Emigrated to France in the late 1970s, where in 1983 he opened a studio in Corbières and took French nationality.
